We developed a web system that helps organize and control accounting information, with client management, deadline tracking, and reports within a single platform.
Features and Their Purpose
Each module serves a specific function within the operation.
Client management
Consolidates client information in an organized record, with metrics for active, pending, and overdue obligations, and status filters for query within the system.
Obligation and deadline tracking
Allows tracking obligations and their due dates, with filtered views by declarations, overdue, today, upcoming, and completed, and a remaining-days traffic light.
Calendar
Presents deadlines and commitments on a monthly calendar, with filters by client, responsible party, and status, making it easier to plan accounting activities.
Templates
Creates reusable sets of obligations to assign to multiple clients, with a side editor to add, edit, and remove obligations with periodicity, day, and reminder.
Reports
Generates operational compliance reports with filters by date, client, responsible party, status, and type, plus indicators for total, completed, pending, and overdue.
Configuration
Defines the organization's general parameters — name, time zone, and date format — and the days to consider an obligation as upcoming in the traffic light.
Users and permissions
Manages system users and defines access levels according to each person's responsibilities.
